Airport – downtown:
There are essentially three options:
- CAT: The city Airport Train is the fastest public transport and ends in the city center at station “Wien Mitte-Landstraße”.

There is also a ticket machine inside the airport at the baggage claim and as well a ticket counter in the arrivals hall.
- City Train S7: The slower train leaving from the airport train station is the line S7 to the city center.
- Taxi: There are taxis available at the exit of the airport which will take you wherever needed.
Way to the University:
Depending from where you are your way may look a little bit different, very useful is the following website which will plan your individual journey: Planning your Journey - Wiener Linien.
The addresse of the university is Veterinärplatz 1, 1210 Vienna.
The most common way is by taking the underground line U1 into the direction Leopoldau. At station Kagraner Platz you need to exit and take the tram, line 26 in the direction Strebersdorf.
CAVE: The station Kagran is under construction, you can not exit the line U1 there.
The station where you need to go to is called Josef-Baumann-Gasse. From there you can enter the Campus via Entrance 1. It is opposite from the grocery store Spar. It is an revolving door.
Going by car:
The addresse of the university is Veterinärplatz 1, 1210 Vienna.
You can enter the campus with the car via Entrance 2 (main entrance).
There are various parking spots on the campus which are all okay to park on. The best parking spots are marked on the plan with a yellow cross.
Right before leaving the campus you will find a ticket machine on your right hand side. This is where you can pay for your parking ticket. It is marked on the plan with an orange arrow.
